- 6- or 12-Month Plan: To cancel your subscription, email us at help@treatosbox.com. You will continue to receive and be billed for Treatos Boxes until the end of your subscription term. After that, your plan will not auto-renew.
Billing happens on the same day each month, starting from your initial subscription date. If you skip a delivery, billing adjusts automatically.
You can easily change to the other boxes, simply cancel this one and add the other one. Make sure to fill out the pet details so we get the box just right.
