Yes! While this box is a simple, all-size option, you can select whether you want all treats or treats plus 1 soft chew for dogs. You can also add any allergies or special preferences in the “Anything else we should know” section at checkout.

2. Month-to-Month: Delivery every month or every other month. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
3. 6-Month Plan: Save 10% with monthly billing. Pause or skip anytime.
4. 12-Month Plan: Save 15% with monthly billing. Pause or skip anytime.

Yes! You can pause or skip a delivery anytime through your account settings before your next billing date.

• Month-to-Month: You can cancel anytime before your next billing date on your customer portal.
  
• 6- or 12-Month Plan: To cancel your subscription, email us at help@treatosbox.com. You will continue to receive and be billed for Treatos Boxes until the end of your subscription term. After that, your plan will not auto-renew.

Billing happens on the same day each month, starting from your initial subscription date. If you skip a delivery, billing adjusts automatically.
