Welcome to Treatos Box! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Treatos Box. Treatos Box operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Treatos Box is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will meet your expectations.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and limit quantities for any person, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – PET SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Always supervise pets while consuming treats.

Some treats may pose choking hazards or trigger allergies. Do not feed your pet treats if unsure about safety.

Treats are intended for pets only. Human consumption is not advised.

Treatos Box is not liable for injury, illness, allergic reactions, or death related to product use.

By using our products, you acknowledge that all risk to your pet is your responsibility.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND REFUNDS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm acceptance.

Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Review orders carefully, as cancellations may not be possible.

If an order is not accepted, changed, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided.

Purchases are for personal or household use only. Resale or export is prohibited.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK]. Refunds may be available in certain circumstances, such as damaged or defective products or errors on our part. Boxes that have been shipped generally cannot be refunded unless approved under the Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs/import charges unless stated.

Prices may differ from physical stores or third-party stores. Promotion terms may override these Terms if conflicts arise.

You represent that payment information is accurate, complete, and authorized. You will pay all charges, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free shipping is included on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $100 (pre-tax). We do not currently ship internationally.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Treatos Box is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Any address changes must be submitted before your next billing date. Otherwise, packages will be shipped to the address on file.

Shipping times are estimates and subject to the shipping service provider. Typical delivery examples:

Calgary area: 2–5 business days

Other regions in Canada: 5–10 business days

Once we transfer a package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier (e.g., Chit Chats).

SECTION 7 – SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Treatos Box subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled. Subscriptions include one box per month per subscription product.
1. Month-to-Month Subscriptions

Flexible monthly subscriptions can be managed, paused, or canceled at any time.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to affect that month’s shipment.
2. 6-Month and 12-Month Subscription Commitments

By selecting a 6-month or 12-month subscription, you agree to maintain your subscription for the full commitment period.

Billing occurs monthly. These subscriptions cannot be canceled early, and no refunds are provided for early cancellation.

After the commitment period ends, subscriptions will continue to auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
3. Refunds

Refunds may be available in certain circumstances, such as damaged or defective products, or errors on our part.

Boxes that have been shipped generally cannot be refunded unless approved under the Refund Policy.

Early cancellation of a 6- or 12-month commitment does not qualify for a refund.
4. Payment and Billing

Subscription billing occurs automatically each month.

Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information current.

Failed payments may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
5. Managing Your Subscription
- Customers may update payment details, shipping information, or subscription preferences at any time.
- Any requested changes to a subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Treatos Box is powered by Shopify. All sales are conducted directly with Treatos Box. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, product issues, or liability arising from purchases.
