Refund policy
At Treatos Box, we want every pet to enjoy their treats. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all boxes.
How Returns Work
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Boxes must be in original packaging.
- Bags should be unopened or, in special cases, 99% of the contents untouched (see scenarios below).
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at returns@treatosbox.com with the subject line: “RETURNS: [Order Number]”. Returns must be sent to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We know pets can be picky. Here’s how returns and refunds work fairly:
- All bags unopened – refund issued once we receive the box.
- Some treats not enjoyed – return the unused portion of the bags and email us which treats they were. Once received, we’ll use that feedback to update your preferences and add extra or replacement treats you and your pet loved to your next box, making sure they enjoy the next one even more.
- Most of the box untouched – if your pet refuses all treats but at least 99% of the bag contents remain, we’ll issue a refund once we receive the returned items.
- Partially eaten bags – no refund will be issued if bags are clearly consumed beyond the scenarios above.
This ensures fairness for both our customers and our small-batch, handcrafted process, while helping us personalize your next box for maximum enjoyment.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your box when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at returns@treatosbox.com, and we’ll make it right.
Payments
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.
- Typically, refunds take 10 business days to process.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at returns@treatosbox.com.
