Shipping within Canada


Free shipping is included on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $100 (pre-tax). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy


It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Treatos Box is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Any changes to your shipping address must be submitted before your next billing date to apply to that month’s shipment. Changes submitted after this date may result in your order being sent to the previous address, and you will be responsible for retrieving the package.

Monthly Shipping Schedule

We ship in scheduled batches each month to ensure peak freshness:

  • Order by the 12th → ships the 15th
  • Order by the 24th → ships the 27th
  • Order after the 24th → ships the 15th of the following month

Example delivery times (subject to carrier processing and regional differences):

  • Calgary: 2–3 business days
  • Other regions in Alberta: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are subject to delays caused by the shipping service provider, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Treatos Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. For any issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship internationally.

  • Packages cannot be held or redirected by the carrier unless arranged before the your next billing date.

  • P.O. boxes are accepted, but please ensure they can receive parcels of the box size.
