We follow a monthly cycle: fresh ingredients are sourced from Alberta & BC farms at the start of each month, carefully prepared and dried throughout the month, then all boxes ship together in the final week. This ensures every box contains the freshest seasonal treats, prepared in small batches without rushing quality.
Both freeze-dried and air-dried treats have excellent shelf stability and don't require refrigeration. Once opened, store them in a cool, dry place and they'll stay fresh for up to 90 days. To keep them fresh for longer, refrigerate.
Both are excellent! Freeze-dried treats are lighter and crunchier, perfect for training or picky eaters. Air-dried treats are chewier and denser, great for dental health and longer-lasting enrichment. We include both in our boxes so your pet gets variety.
